So today is the first day that I felt was important to document. I am starting the fast on June 1st... (next monday). Suppose I should start eating all raw fruits and veggies a ffew days before to help with the shocker factor. My beginning weight... a wopping 161 pounds! I figure I will do this the simple way. I will document morning weight daily, how I feel, energy levels, any changes that I notice in skin, hair appearence, ect.. and most inportantly document my jiucing so that i know what I am taking in and somebodies got to keep me accountable since I am on my own with this one. Here goes:
Weight: 161
Breakfast: raw spinach, oil, pepper, sunflower seeds, 1 red pepper, 2 small tomatoes,
snack: half of cantelope
lunch: apple, can pinapple in own juices
snack: 1/4 cantelope
dinner: tomatoes, spinach, oil, balsamic vinegar, sunflower seeds, green pepper
