Last Prep day before the juice fast!

Yesterday was interesting, i did not post a blog. I went to bed early but made a mental list of what I ate. here goes:

Weight: 159
Breakfast: Apple, coffee decaf
snack: 2 plums
lunch: cucumber, 2 mushrooms
snack: 3 celery sticks, 2 whole carrots
dinner: 6 cherry tomoatoes, 3 mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, parsley, oragano, basil, 1 green pepper...all raw of course....
bedtime: sleepy time tea

Like I said, interesting... went to gym to work out, dropped off kids in child care and noticed that I forgot my tennis shoes. I still had flip flops on. I decided I could at least do abs class. That was nice. My feet and but up in the air with a big whole in my but crack of my pants. About the size of a quarter. Wouldn't have been so bad if I had black underwear on to blend with the black lycra pants. NOPE! Had tan underwear. TACKY! I had a hard time focusing and consentrating. I went to the last soccer game of Logan's (made half of the team goals....they only made a total of two of course, but none the less...he ROCKS) on the way home I went to the downtown Winter Garden Farmers Market and bought a stroller full of bags of produce. It was fun to watch peoples faces when they saw all the food. They would comment. I just agreed and didn't go into explanation. I am not ready for any suggestions, comments, raised eye brows, ect... I am just too overwhelmed and tired to explain the fast. Tired is the main thing. My attitude stinks right now.

BUt, today is a new day, right GOD? Sunday morning..JOnathan is fixing pannycakes for the family. I am staying out of the kitchen. I see my mound of whole foods up on the counter from here. It's kinda funny. Ava sneaks into my stash and wants to take the fruit. I am pretty possessive of my food cause i don't want to go through it too fast. I hate grocery shopping!

How do I feel? Not too incredibly hungry, but really could eat something now. Pancakes a cookin'! So I feel a bit encouraged this morning. Jonathan woundered if I was going to be cranky the whole time? I had to encourage him and that was hard. But the cycle starts there. He was kind to rub my head this morning. I continually have head aches. I have a bit of sinus pressure with a slight cold. I am congested and achy muscles...probably not from the diet, it's the ab core class, I am certain! My biles are pretty runny. Looks like swollen grape nuts! YUK! I have a rash from going so often. Must be acidic. Now I have to digure what to change to change the PH balance of my biles. OUCH! Goldbond might be helpful. Looking forward to big day with family after church. Abbey's bday! I will document EVERYTHING I ate of course.

Breakfast: Pear, plum
snack: plum
Lunch: Broccoli, 2 tomatoe slices, 3 mushrooms, 2 carrots, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 onion
snack: potato, pear, 1/2 tbs mayo, 1 tbs olive oil, 1 tbs. balsamic vinegar
Dinner: my first real vegetable juice! 4 Carrots, 2 celery sticks, 1 apple, 1/2 cucumber
Took my Vitamins!!
bedtime: sleepy time tea
